Messgae keeps coming up Problem with the printhead. Manually cleaned the printhead and ran the test. The test works fine. Next time the printer is used the same message comes up.

Welcome to the HP Support Forums. I understand that you would like to get warranty work done on your printer. I would like to help. 

 

You will have to reach out to phone support. Normally this link is what is used, but thing seem to be different with the 68XX series of printers. Please review this document. HP 68xx Printers - 'Problem with printhead' Error (Americas and Asia)
