I have a problem, I cannot setup wireless printing abilities on my laptop.
here are my steps
1. insert DVD
2. choose "add a device" ( printer already installed)
3. choose connection type "wireless network connection"
4. select found printer B209a-m and click next
5. detects printer but fails to set up
It does not connect.

What operating system?
To what router is it connected? Is it already connected successfully?

OK, disable your Windows firewall and your security system's firewall (what security system are you using?).
Also, tell me what kind of router, what kind of encryption (WEP, WPA, WPA2, none) and what kind of ISP you use.

I have reported the same problem. Have tried from two different systems:
Toshiba w/Windows 7 and hp Mini w/Window XP both using D-Link DIR-615 router just installed
Have Toshiba w/Windows 7 and DIR-615 at another site working fine with B09a wireless at installation.
when switching from USB attached to wireless, the hp module goes 100% busy
Security not yet activated on failing systems, firewall defaults in DIR-615
Using WPA2 for wireless in failing and working(?) different security keys.
Looks like router config is different - not sure what.

Addition to my prior post.
The failing system is cable modem attached to DIR-615.
Working system is DSL attached to DIR-615. Two different service providers.
We have also swapped out the printer and second printer fails in same manner.

Have you tried running the HP Network diagnostic utility. I recommend run the tool and post the results please. There are some advanced features in the tool that would help you diagnose the issue. Here is the direct link for it
