HP ENVY 4523
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I bought an HP ENVY 4523 PRINTER in JB-Hi FI last December. The exact ink, both color and black is code 63. I bought a replacement ink at BigW but when I put them on my printer, the printer says they are not compatible. How come? This is the first time I am replacing the ink cartridges since I bought the printer last December. The old Cartridges has code 63 on it.
