Installing Cartridges after moving to another country

My printer was bought from Russian Federation, while I am living in Finland.

For a long time, cartridges brought with printer, worked (178), but lately when i tried to install new ones, Finnish (364), they didn't fit. All information that i found was, that i must ask for online re-setup for printer from HP.

Tried early a few times to find how can i do that, didn't managed, but now i really need to solve that problem. I'm tired of searching how can i connect to anybody from Your support.

When i try to get e-mail adress or when i try to get online chat, i'm asked for warranty. In some reason it can't check if my warranty is still active or not, besides if it is not active i still need to re-setup the printer. I didn't know when it was new (when i bought it) that i will get that problem, there was no information about that.

 

Printer is

HP Photosmart Wireless e-all-in-one printer - b110d

I will ask to have this escalated. Region changes are a free service offered by HP. You may be contacted by someone shortly.

So, as i thought, now warranty is expired.

This doesn't change anything, as I don't see how to adress a question to Support service for re-setup without warranty. Even when i made a phone call to local Support service (in Finland), it said that if i don't have warranty i should look for help from HP page..


So thanks for assistance, i will wait.

Cartridges have their own warranty. Hopefully you will be contacted by an HP representative about this issue soon.

Ibought my printer C310a in China, where it came with cartridges 862.

 

I recently moved back to Brazil and here the cartridges available are 564. I bought a whole new set and got in touch with the support that told me they could be no help because my printer is out of warranty.

I tried a general reset and now the printer asks for "setup cartridges".

I don't know what to do.

any help would be appreciated.

Still didn't got any help from support, nobody called phone.
