Microsoft Windows XP

Says to remove paper jam in print cartdrige, however there is none and after restarting over and over again the error still remains. HELP. Can't do anything with it

The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve the carriage jam message for your Officejet 8500a.  Go through all the steps in order.
