Hi, I have a officejet 6500a plus, only the right part of LCD don't work. I don't know why, I've cleaned the screen, I've thinked was some problem of software, I uninstalled all and reinstalled, but nothing. The touch screen is broken? you can repair it?

As I understand the LCD isn't working anymore,
Don't worry as I have a few suggestions to help you out:
Here's a YouTube video that should help: Click here
Although if this doesn't help, it's possible that the LCD has failed and requires either a repair or replacement.
Contact HP to confirm your warranty status and proceed further.
