I have a photosmart 5520 which I used to be able to wireless print to from my iPad and iPhone. The iPad and phone now keep coming up with No AirPrints Found.

i can still print wirelessly from my laptop. I have reset all the wireless network info, printed off the test results which say no problems found.   This used to work but now doesn't. Please can someone help.

Thanks

Hi,

Restart your router by unplugging its power for a moment.

Allow it 2-3 minutes to start, once you can connect to your router restart the printer and try printing again.

If the same persists, was there any network cange latest? e.g. a new router, firmware update fo ryoru router, etc.?
