1--turn the priteroff
2--glare at it
3--turn it back on, and let it whiz and whir, and hopefully print a test page
*reboot*
4--reboot your whole system. Disconnect all power supplies, glare at them, turn everything back on.
Lots of people NEVER turn anything off, 24/7, which is a bad idea. Rebooting is like takig a shower
after playing a 2-hour gig in a hundred-degree bar.

5--If necessary (hopefully not), uninstall and reinstall the printer software
Mac and wireless peripherals: sorry, but I can't offer any advice. Macs cost too much and have tiny (laptops) screens, and I always find I have more problems with wireless devices so except for my wi-fi...

Thank you. All off, back on, uninstall, install and nothing. I check the network and I can't find the print, all other devises are on the network even the cellphone is on the network but the darn printer. 😞 😞 😞 😞
