As I Understand there's a message - "No connection printer error" on your printer,

No worries as I'd love to help, however, I need a few more details to provide an accurate solution:

Have you installed any driver or firmware updates recently?

Any major hardware changes made to the printer or the network your printer is on?

 

While you reply to that, here are a few things you can try:

 

Using your computer, install the latest printer firmware 
then restart the printer and try accessing HP web services again:
