My sample black ink has just ran out on my new envy 4523 printer and I have purchased a new HP 302 black cartridge. Upon installing it my printer will not recognise it and I keep getting an 'ink cartridge problem' error message. I have followed all the steps in the tutorial on the printer but nothing seems to work.
