HP Photosmart ePrint D110
macOS 10.12 Sierra

Since Comcast installed its own modem/router (previously I used a Comcast modem connected to an Apple Airport router), my HP D110 ePrint wireless, drops the wifi connection after each print job. It only works again when I go into the printer's settings and re-enter our wifi's password (even though test printouts show it's already connected to our home network). I've googled the heck out of this issue and cannot get any suggestions to work. We print from both an iMac as well as iPads, iPhones, Macbook's, etc. Any advice?

I've deleted the printer; re-installed it; everything. No matter what, I get one print job. After that, it's "looking for printer" or 'printer offline'.

I've read that I'd need Comcast to 'kill' its router and maybe I should re-connect the Apple Airport Extreme.

Any help is appreciated.

@dhodges00, welcome to the forum.

Here is the Troubleshooting section for wireless networks for the printer.  You should read through the guides to see if any of them helps with your problem.  If not, you may want to contact Comcast's Tech Support to see if they can help you.

Please click the Thumbs up + button if I have helped you and click Accept as Solution if your problem is solved.
