Product: HP Photosmart
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I changed my yellow, pink and blue cartridges as they were low on ink. After this operation, all the printings I try to make are without any black. Theblack  ink level shows half full.

I tried to rebbot the PC, the printer... moved the black cartridge (which I hadn't moved before)

I made this operation several times in the past, and never had any issue...

 

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me solve this problem

The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve black not printing on your Photosmart b210 printer.  Be sure to go through all the steps in order.
