  Office Jet series 6800 shows print head problem  What and where is a print head. How do I fix it.

The printhead is where the ink comes out, it is connected to the assembly that holds the ink cartridges.  The printhead is not user serviceable on the Officejet 6800 series, you will need to contact HP for a replacement as described in the document here.

Thank you very much, Bob.  I will do as you suggested.  Anything "technical" seems to be way beyond my understanding but at 74, I really do not care until something is not working.  Kids and gkids will not let me even think of touching the TV remote.....:smileyvery-happy:
