I'm trying to print to the Photo Tray, but it is telling me that I'm out of paper and to add it to the Main Tray. This is after I've already selected all the appropriate settings before printing. This has happened once before and I fixed it by installing some drivers. However, I had to re-install the software for whatever reason and I've installed the drivers and still --nothing.
The crazy thing is that when I re-installed the software as mentioned, it ran a test print using one of my own photos and it printed fine-- from the Photo Tray!

I have my 4 x 6 in the phototray and it will not print. Says to add paper or if I push 4 x 6 under photo I need a cd or usb. I need to copy a photo to the photopaper.
