Hi, for some reason that image isn't displaying in the Forum. Could you please send it again as an attachment?

I just had the same thing happen to me.  Yesterday I copied an invoice for record and the lower edge of the image was streaked.  Last night I tried to copy an article and the page kept coming up blank.  Today I printed from my laptop and the page printed without any black (a 3/4 full cartridge in printer).  Ran printer test pages and they come up without black.  Reinserted cartridge and nothing.  Put in a new cartridge and nothing.  Reset printer and retested . . . nothing.  I called a local HP repair shop and they said they do not fix HP inkjet printers as they are "throw away" items?????? Excuse me????? $200 is not "throw away".  I think this printer is only 1.5 years old.  Help!
