Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

The quality of my printed photos is subpar. The color is not vibrant. All the pictures I printed look dull. I did the quality check from the support website. Everything seems okay. I have HP Instant Ink so the quality of ink shouldn't be an issue. Is my printer defective?

I would like to inform you that the print quality also depends on photo paper you use, and I suggest you to use the HP recommended photo paper.
