Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Preparing documents with pictures cropped to size on word document. Preview shows everything correct but when prints only part of cropped photo reproduced. Printer is upto date.

Short Version

 

If you are cropping the photo / image within the Word document and / or you used copy/paste to place the image into the document, know that Word (given the opportunity) can do some really strange things to your images when the document is printed.

 

Try / Consider

 

  • Use a separate program to Crop / manage / resize image before you Insert the image file into the Word document.
  • Use Insert (as opposed to copy/paste) to place images into your Word document.
