Issues with printer - it started printing with lines through text, the cartridges are a little more than half full.  I have cleaned print heads and tried the alignment - but it failed.  After multiple tries it now goes through the process as if it is printing the document but with zero color now - so I went from text with lines through it to a white piece of paper.  Any suggestions?  The printer is about 4 years old.  I have new cartridges but if it is at the end of it's life i don't want to open them - especially when the ones i have in there show more than half full.  THanks

Thanks - when I clicked the link and went through the different issue types I discovered it was the print heads that need to be replaced.  The sad thing is it cost $130 to replace them and I can get a new printer like the one I have but with newer technology for $120...but at least now I know what the issue is.  Thanks again!
