My printer was working fine yesterday, but today when I tried printing out some documents (word documents) the pages were coming out really faded. I cleaned and aligned the print head, bought new ink, tried new types of paper, took out and reinserted the cartridges and still the same thing. The page printed the colors just fine but nothing with black ink showed for whatever reason, even though the cartridge is new. I even tried resetting the printer and restoring back to default settings. I'm not sure what else to do at this point so any help would be greatly appreciated as I really need to print out these documents.

Thanks in advance.
