Printer is printing zoomed it

When ever we print the last couple days the documents have been coming out zoomed in dramatically. Wht would be a 2 page documents is printing out in 14 pages and missing many parts as it is being cut off. Some times it will print off the pictur it there is one again zoomed in but no words, only part of the document. we have tried resetting the printer and computer and cheked all printer settings to see if anthing had been changes. This is a buisness printer and only a couple months old. HP Envy 7645

In most cases, page size settings and other setups related to "zoom" are controlled within the application you are using to submit the print job to the printer.

Check the program / application you are using to submit the job - verify that the Print Preview settings match your expectations.

Ctrl +    larger              (Press Control key and Plus key at the same time)

Similar problem - when printing one page, it's coming out from printer in 9 pages, zoomed very large.

But this is the test page, that I print from printer properties and there is no application more between driver and printer.

Printer is HPLJ M602 LAN connection

Windows 10Pro

When looking the print preview in Acrobat for example, the page looks fine, in one piece, in one page.

Any ideas ?
