My printer prints pictures to the right margin. I tried realigning it but nothing has changed.

Hi Ijoma1,

Welcome to HP Forum! I am happy to help you.

It appears that the picture is Align Right. Have you changed the alignment of the picture in soft copy? In Word or Powerpoint, it usually appears in one of the tabs. Are all pictures affected? Is text affected as well?

Hope to hear you soon.

All photos print that way, the border that is normally around the whole photo is off-center. On the right side of the photo it appears to be borderless, and in the left there is double the border.

Hi Ijoma1,

Here are some tips.

1) The print settings selected can affect. Is the correct margin selected?

2) Align cartridges by printing alignment page via HP Solution Centre or printer properties. Do not use colored paper for alignment. Click here for instructions.

3) Is there any 'Print cartridge alignment failed' error message when alignment is done? If there is, follow instructions here.

Hope it helps!
