Product: Photosmart Premium C309 gm
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

Down loaded the latest drivers. On Apple Imac.  Via a USB cable.  Imac see the Printer.

The machine has not been used in two years.  It was on a Windows machine running XP.

Tries to load the paper but give and error message (to load Paper in the Main tray).  Error code:  0x61000016

I have no idea where the manuals are for the printer...it was my wife's and she died two years ago!!!!

0x61000016 indicates it's a carriage jam issue.
