Printer won't connect to wireless after upgrading Comcast routers

I recently upgraded by Comcast service and with it came a new router. Now my printer can't find the wireless network. I've tried reinstalling the software to no avail. When I do the network test report. I get a message that says The wireless router requires a WPA seurity passphrase. The passphrase configured on your HP printer does not match exactly. Run the wireless network setup to re-enter your wireless network WPA security passphrase.

The Diagnostics summary shows a pass for wireless on, wireless working, network name found. However, I get a FAIL for security.  It says there are no other networks detected matcing my network name

I have the the set up disc, I get to part where I try to configue the wireless network and it tells me the installer has unexpectedly quit. I tired downloading software from HP, no luck there.  I tried restoring network defaults, but that hasn't helped. I"ve ried the WPS pushbutton, I get a WPS error. I'm not sure what else to do you fix the problem.

Hi,

Your printer only supports 2.4GHz. Please ask Comcast people to allow new router to broadcast both (dual) bands which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz.
