Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite

Printer is printing, however its very faint in most places. Looks like when ink is low, or running out, however, some small areas around the perimeterthat print clearly. its pretty much the body that is very faint. Cartridges are new. I have replaced them 3 times thinking that may be the problem. still not printing properly.

Have you tried cleaning the printhead? (see link for info)

Yes I tried cleaning.

We had a power outage a couple days ago and it hasn't worked right since then.

Getting message now that its not connected. 

Trying to get it connected but no luck
