I have an 8620 Printer. Is there a way or something I can add in order to print on a printable CD.

Not sure how to make the printer accept a CD -- this printer model likes paper of various types.

You can certainly print what you like on a CD label and then attach the label to the CD.

Companies other than Avery provide Labels -- the printer won't care about the brand of label as long as the quality is decent and you use compatible Printing Preferences settings for paper size and Media type (kind of paper).  If you do not have a "label" Media type of the kind you you seek, use Brochure Matte (or similar).

In general, matte labels print more easily than do the glossy labels.  That does not mean that you cannot print glossy labels, just that you may need to experiment with the settings.  For example, as the Media type, you might try the Photo paper - glossy setting (wording varies).
