Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi All I purcahsed the above printer and connected wirlessely which worked once fine and now it won't work at all becaise using the USB connection. The Wireless "blue light" under the power button keeps blinking consistently. The witreless icon has a yellow flag and when I touvh this it says the following:

IP Address: Not connected

Network Name: Not available

 

Any ideas on how to fix this so I can bring wirelessely?

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

 

If the Wireless blue led is blinking, it is not connected.

When the blue wireless led blink, it means it is not connected and it keeps on searching for available routers. You can touch the wireless icon on top of the color screen, then a drop down menu is dispalyed. Touch the setting icon at the bottom left, then another menu will pop up, choose wireless setup wizard, then choose your router name and key in password. Then you should be able to connect to your network. Hope this helps.
