Photosmart C4200 Prn,Scn & Cop
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello there, I have PhotoSmart C4200 All in one. Printer, Scanner and copier series.  Printer ran out of ink, I ordered refill kit from HP, I refilled the averages and after I put the cartridges back, I got message from printer, coded " You missing cartridges or not detected ".  I am confused, I did it before, worked just fine but I don't know what happen now and I don't know how to resolve this issue.  If someone in community able to help me resolve this issue will be greatly appreciated.  I am new to this community, I was recommended by HP support to ask community so here I am.  GOD bless you all.
