HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 2135

Hello. Im currently usinf HP deskjet ink advantage 2135. Recently i wanted to print some documents in black but it did not appeared on the paper. there is no reminder about low level of the black catridge. when i checked the estimated level ink it appeared to be in low level. when i change to the new catridge the printer didnt recognise the ink. when i insert back the old catridge the printer recognise it. what should i do?

I understand you have ink cartridge issue with your printer.

 

Don't worry I will try to help you out.

 

Did you make any changes to your printer?

 

Try making a copy from your printer and if you are able to make the copy.

 

Print a Print Quality Report

Follow these steps to print a Print Quality Report to determine if the issue is related to the hardware.
Load Letter or A4, unused, plain white paper into the input tray.
On the product control panel, touch the Right Arrow () to display the second navigation screen.
Touch the Setup icon (). The Setup Menu displays.
Touch the Down Arrow (), and then touch Reports.
Touch Print Quality Report. The print quality diagnostic report prints.
