I am going through the exact same problem with an All-in-1 6500A. Black stopped printing,installed new cartridge,not that,spent the better part of 2 days doing all the diagnostics,nothing.Did all the diagnostics again after purchasing a new print head,still nothing! Now the printer doesn't work and all my ink is about gone from cleaning the heads! I am now seething mad and have no recourse.I can't email or chat or talk to anyone without paying more money because the printer is out of warranty! You have got to be kidding me! So, lets see, I'm out about 40 bucks on an ink cartridge I didn't need,another 50 bucks on a printhead I didn't need.(which incidently,I could send back and be charged 25 bucks for a re-stocking fee ) I would now have to spend at least 25-30 bucks to send this piece of junk to some technician in East Cutty-Bum F@#&, so he can fix it! Nope,I'll just throw this in the dumpster and buy another one,already pissed enough money away on this machine. I don't think it will be another HP either. Shame on you HP,that is poor. You would think that a company that sells 25,000 printers a month,making all that coin,would have better customer service.With all the posts on this message board about the same issue,you would think they would take some responsibility!

Hi, sorry to hear about this. As you've already tried a new printhead and cartridges it sounds like the printer is at fault. Is it particularly noisy when it's printing? Have the support team offered you any kind of discount on a printer upgrade?
