I no longer need this printer and would like to give it away. How do I remove the Network Name (SSID) and password?

Hi ,

You can restore network settings on the printer to remove SSID and Password.

Printers with LCD and text-based control panels:

Select the Setup on screen

Scroll Down to Network Setup

Select Restore Network Settings

This should clear network settings .

Thank you very much for the reply.

Please follow the below steps to resolve your issue.

1. Note down IP Address of the Printer.

2. Give the IP address in the Web Browser to see the Embedded Web Page of the printer.

3. Click on the [Settings] menu.

4. Select the option [Restore Defaults] and make the Restore Factory Defaults to make the printer defaults to the initial state.

5. After the successful restore, wait until the Printer restarts and comes to ready state.

6. Now all the settings are restored and your issues must be resolved with this step.

Hope this must resolve the issue.
