Hi, I am having trouble with my printer. When I print out a page the black ink does not work, but the ink colour works fine. What should I do to make it work.

I received a 6968 OfficePro 6968 for Christmas and someone  put it up but unfortunately it only print very faintly and in red.  Do not know what to do-not computer savy -senior citizen

Could you help us by scanning/taking photo of the faint print out in red.

Then upload the image by clicking the icon circled in red below.
