Hi, I am having the same problem with my computer - I have a Photosmart Plus B210b that I bought in Russia about 2-3 years ago (now living in UK), I did the reset and now I'm stuck at the "Use SETUP cartridges" screen....printer and scanner have been rendered useless, and HP support in UK said there is no way to buy cartridges / no HP printer service centers...(((

I am having the same problem, i bought a HP Officejet 4620 on ebay and the seller didnt send any setup cartridges.
