Hi tingletangle,

 

I understand that you are getting an error message 'Paper Jam'. I have included the document for the error message 'Paper Jam', please make sure that all the steps are completed in order. You need to make sure that these steps are done first, as they can resolve the issue with out completing a semi-full reset. As well to confirm the printer that you do have is the Photosmart 7510?

Please send me the directions for a semi-reset.  We have a PSC 2355 with a virtual paper jam.  I have tried everything suggested to fix it with no success.  I would like to restore the memory to the factory defaults if at all possible.  Thanks!!

I am having the same issue "virtual paper jam" issue with my photosmart 7510 all-in-one.  I have tried all the steps in the paper jam video, can you send me the semi-full reset instructions?  I promise not to publishthem.

(as an aside, I don't understand why the steps cannot be published in the clear)
