Product: HP B209 a-m
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite

Converted to a fiber network and got a new modem....  Old modem worked fine.  But when I've followed the same steps, the printer recognizes the modem but the modem doesn't recognize the printer.  I've changed modems, still no connection.

Any ideas will be greatly appreciated!!!!  Mac IOS

Hey @Findingbill,

 

I understand that you are having some issues with connecting your Photosmart Plus All-in-One Printer to your new router. I can help you with that, however the latest version of the Mac OS that had support for your printer was Mac OSX 10.6. To connect the printer to a new wireless network you would either need a Mac running OSX 10.6 or below, or a Windows PC.

 

If you have an old enough version of the Mac OSX or a Windows PC, please let me know the operating system and I can assist you further.
