I have just changed all the cartridges in my printer (all need to change at the same time) and the yellow is now coming out as green.  I have cleaned the printheads several times and it is still happening.

Yellow ink appearing green would be caused by cyan ink mixing with the yellow. This could be caused by a faulty cyan cartridge or by a failure in the printhead.  I would suggest creating a full page yellow document and printing it.  If the green fades back to yellow it may have been a temporary situation, if it remains the printer will likely require service.
