I installed the HP4630 drivers on my Windows 10 laptop, it says it's all connected to wifi per the test pages. As soon as I attempt to print it tells me the printer is "offline" to the right of the description. I've spent 2 hours trying to resolve. The "Connect" selection under "Printer" is not allowing me to depress. I'm at my witts end
