Microsoft Windows XP

I looked at all the You tube videos out there to clean cartridge heads, etc. Done all that and even changed to a new ink twice. Still not working. I noticed a pooling of black ink inside towards the bottom right. Please help!! thanks!

Hi rip1961,

if you have tried also what recommended by HP support doc below and it is still not working, then i suggest you contact HP technical support to get technical advice.http://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp

The printhead nozzles could be clogged with harden dry ink inside preventing nozzle working again.
