OfficeJet Pro 6978
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just purchased an OfficeJet Pro 6978 and tried to print a document which has a blue logo in it. The logo is a line drawing created in Photoshop in blue, and shows up as blue in my Word document. In the document there is also some type in blue, and other type in black.

The blue type and black type print fine -- but the logo, which is supposed to print blue, prints black. I've tried changing ink color in the printer properties, but the only option I have is to turn greyscale on or off. It is set to off.

All the settings in Word are set for that logo to be blue.

Help! I use this printer in my business and that document looks really stupid with the black logo.

Thanks!

I figured it out:  I had been using a .tiff graphic. Changing to a .png and modifying the color in Word seemed to do it.
