Hi,

I'm Nad. I have bought and installed original ink cartridge for my HP 3545 printer, but I can't redeem the rewards. When I click on "redeem my rewards", the site directly change to upgrade something. This is my 3rd time I can't redeem it, and to me it is not fair because it is not my fault, why can't HP do something about it? I am so disappointed because I have been loyal to HP printer, and I am going to installed the new cartridge for the 4th time this month, but if it is happen again, I guess I have to change to another brand.

Please get back to me as soon as possible.

Thank you.

Regards,
Nad
