HP Deskjet 3632
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

printer is only a few months old , was printing perfectly now only prints blank pages, ink cartriges were not empty but ive changed them,  using genuine cartridges ,carried out the printer alignment as per the instructions but still only prints blank pages.

what is the next step  ? i have important documents that require printing !

Welcome to the HP Support Forums!

 

I see that you are having some issues with printing from your Deskjet 3632 All-in-One printer. I can help you with that.


To start, make sure the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet and not a surge protector. Once done, this document outlines how to troubleshoot print quality issues with your printer.


If after following the above you are still unable to print, the printer needs to be replaced. You can contact HP Support by clicking on this link and filling out the form at the bottom to discuss options based on your warranty.
