I am so frustrated right now. My Photosmart 7520 only prints in shades of blue and black, the printer cartridges all have ink. Why??????

The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve magenta and yellow not printing on your Photosmart 7520. Be sure to go through all the steps in order.

I am glad your issue was resolved. I wonder how far you needed to go through the steps - did you need to soak the printhead?
