Product: Deskjet 3752
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

the color ink, starter does not work, and tried cleaning twice, but to no avail....did everthing I could think of to fix it, even took out and reput backint.....just bought the printer, friday past...........I know it is kind of petty, and I bought new ink also as I know the starter ones dont last very long....

This is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that your HP DeskJet 3700 Printer is not printing in color. I would like to help you resolve this issue. 

  • Check estimated ink levels.
  • Align the ink cartridges.
  • Clean the ink cartridges.
