Product: HP photosmart premium C310
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

after 4 years of usage my HP  C310 get problems with paper feed. warranty is over and service said that toothwheel located in transport mechanism get broken, it is not possible to reapir. I have several sets of spare cartridges and searching for new printer using same HP364 cartidges.

Can you suggest some new product ?

The following use the 364 cartridges, but there are no current printers offered that use these cartridges AFAIK.  You might find some of these printers as new old stock on dealer shelves, or perhaps at a thrift store:
