office jet 7500A not printing properly

Hi,
after running print Doctor, cleaning and aligning print heads it is still not printing properly. the first page comes out perfect then print quality gets worse, with faded bits and things missing. just printed a print quality page and black doesn't come up at all and the first few bars of pink and yellow are strong, blue has streaks and then 2nd bar of pink and yellow very faded.
any ideas?

Hi, while this fixed the problem, another problem occurred. Printer is taking ages to print, will print two pages properly then halfway through the third stops and prints another 2 pages with 0.5 cm wide black barcode type pattern on left side of page and another page with random numbers and letters. happened twice. can't print anything properly
