i was out of blk ink so i changed it when i went to print itsso light you cannot read it, i decided to also change color cartidge and same thing
it shows both are full but only color prints
i did all the alignments and cleaning that you can do on printer but same thing
this printer has hardly been used this was the first time i changed cartridge
