 my printer said paper jam well got small piece of paper out cant see any more and it still says paper jam . What next

The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve the paper jam error on your Photosmart 5510.  If you have the small piece of paper as well as the original large piece you might try putting them back together, it may help indicate what size piece you are looking for.

Thank you very much for the post.

Follow the below step, this might help you to get it resolved.

 

1. Open the Printer door and see if any piece of paper is left inside. If yes, clear/remoove it.

2. If there is a provision to open the cover in back side or bottom side, open it and carefully observe to see if any piece of paper is left out. Clear it if you see any paper.

3. This must resolve the issue.

4. If not, restart the printer and wait untill the printer comes to ready state.
