Product: hp envy 5540

im triying to print photos 8.5x11. i was able to print 4x6 on the first one, then i did 5x7 and i was able to print that. but know i cant print 8.5x11. i slide in the paper correctly. face down. and im not able to print

i tried printing and it sizes it to the half of the paper it doesnt use a full sheet
