Yes, same thing here.  Had my unit for probably 3 years or so and suddenly lately the Black wouldn't print until I ran the head cleaner, but now it won't print Black at all.  Ran through all of the recommended troubleshooting, and still nothing.  HELP!

Same problem w/ my HP Photosmart 6510 and none of the solutions offered here (and on other threads like this one) fix it.  After reading the number of people with the same issue w/o a fix, I just would of hoped that HP would just tell us it's not going to fix it so we can move on...

I have the same problem.

HP photosmart 6510 will not print black.

I bought a new HP black cartridge 364XL (2018/07) replaceed it, did all the clean test print etc but no black print. Colours OK.

Ink level check shows black empty and colours at various levels.

I really need a solution. Help please.
