printer won't connect to wireless network

using wireless setup wizard on printer, printer finds the network, but when I enter the encryption key (correctly), it comes back with a message "unable to connect to the network".  The printed report suggests MAC address filtering may be enabled.  But I checked and it is specifically DISABLED.    The printed report shows a FAIL on "no filtering." 

Please advise.

After struggling with this for two days, and after posting this question, and while downloading the HP doctor, I noticed the printer suddenly had healed itself. I'm not sure to what I should credit this miraculous recovery. So thank you I guess?

I have the same problem and have sent two messages about it. I haven't seen any repy so far. Hope my HPs automatically heal themselves as your did.

Bad news for the HP. The wireless connection was up-and-down making it unusable. When it did print, there was a problem with the paperfeed which made some pages print off center. I boxed it up and took it back to the store for a full refund. Bought a nice Brother printer which worked perfectly out of the box. Good luck to us all
