hp photosmart plus b209a-m

Hi Guys  I have recently replaced the ink cartriges and the black was not reading / printing so i cleaned the prinhead like I have done in the past, however this time it is reading "remove all cartridges  then lift gray latch and remove Printhead. Then reinstall printhead and cartridges"  I have done this several times.  Also I have followed instructions on unplugging and re plugging and still the message is there.  Now what do I do.??? I cannot afford another printer.
THanks again

Barb
